How do I make a booking?

All bookings can be made online via our website, using the ‘Book Now’ button above and below.

You will receive a confirmation email with information on your booking.

Can I cancel my booking?

We appreciate that things change and therefore we will refund any cancellation 48 hours or more before the start time of the day booked. If cancellations happen inside 48 hours, the booking will be charged at full price.

Do I need to complete any forms before attendance?

When making your booking, you will be asked for a number of details, all of which are required information. Should your child have epilepsy or anaphylaxis you will be asked to complete an additional form on the day or beforehand. A form can be requested via phone, email, social media or our website. Similarly, we may require further information on any medical or dietary requirements, details of these will be requested when making your booking.

What happens at drop off and pick up?

When dropping off, all you need to do is give the coach your child’s name and the rest of the information will already be securely stored within our system.

At pick up, you will be asked to give the ‘safe word’ which will have been submitted when making your booking.

Please note we cannot let any child leave without being provided with the correct safe word.

What if my child doesn’t settle or it is their first time attending?

On your first attendance, please make staff aware of this. All staff will make sure your child feels welcomed and very rarely do we have a situation where a child does not settle.

Should this not be the case and your child finds their first day difficult, please let us know. Often after speaking with our Camp Leads we can resolve these problems and make sure your child settles moving forward.

What does my child need for the day?

Your child will need to be in clothing they can move freely in, preferably sports clothing. They will also need a refillable water bottle and a packed lunch on the day (please note we have a nut free policy and therefore ask no products containing nuts are included in lunches).

We additionally have a tuck shop where children can buy drinks and snacks during lunchtime.

When booking, you will be asked to select a specific activity for each day rather than having a carousal of activities, which can cause disruption and reduce the quality of the day. We do however allow children to change activities on the day if the child to coach ratio allows it.

Are staff qualified and DBS checked?

All of our staff are qualified teachers or sport coaches. Additionally, all staff undertake safeguarding training each year and are DBS checked.

Will there be a First Aider on site?

All of our staff are first aid trained with some staff having completed a more intensive three day first aid training course.
